The grapes for this Squealing Pig Pinot Gris were sourced from Central Otago, the world's southern most wine growing regiion. The extreme environment here helps to make wines of stunning intensity and flavour. The fruit was picked and cold pressed, then cool fermented and left on lees to build texture. The resulting wine is beautifully balanced with flavours of nectarines, ginger and juicy ripe pear. The finish has just a touch of residual sweetness.
