Grant Burge is a 5th Generation Vigneron. The History of the Burge family and their long association with winemaking in the region can be traced back to March 1855, when noted tailor John Burge immigrated to Lyndoch in Australia with his wife Eliza and their two sons, Meshach and Henry.\nThis elegantly structured and full flavoured wine is the perfect blend of delicate Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc and old vine Barossa Semillon. Crisp flavours of tropical fruit and citrus from the Sauvignon Blanc are complemented by the sweet lemon curd and cream characters from the Semillon. A vibrant wine that goes well with fresh fish and salad dishes.
